I work in remote Barrow, Alaska, and I try to keep a variety of pleasant but easy foods on hand, and this is one I like to keep on hand for me and my crew. Whether it's making a salad or sandwich or emptying the packet in to pasta or a dozen other uses, I love having these around.This stuff is good ! I just wish the package was a little bigger. This is good stuff !These are very tasty and high protein/low cal. Hard to find in stores around my location, so I was happy to get them from my backup grocery store (Amazon!). Mix a package with 1 T of low-fat mayo and put in cucumber boats. Fabulous and filling!I love these. The different flavors give you such a wonderful variety. Mix with a little of your favorite condiment(such as mayo, etc) and enjoy with crackers or to make a sandwich. Or just eat by itself'I can make individual servings of tuna salad with these small packages of Starkist tuna. Quick and easy and good!Great flavors!
