Cupping notes: full bodied with notes of black tea, rich dark chocolate, and sweet dried fig. 03 AFRICA. A rich coffee from Ethiopia, fruity and flavorful. Cupping notes: sweet apricot, citrus bergamot and floral jasmine tea.

04 LATIN AMERICA. 100 percent Latin American origin. Cupping notes: rich black currant, sweet candied orange peel, and nougat. 11 DARK. A dark roast profile. We roast our coffees with a unique, innovative roasting method process called Cloud Roasting. This process is very sustainable, a 'clean” process, and results in less release of toxins and pollutants than conventional roasting.
