Very delicious sausage great gift for anyone who enjoys good sausage. Only reason for 4 stars is price. I started buying this same pack 4 or 5 years ago for $30, now it's $55. Yes, each individual sausage is smaller than you would expect, but once you start eating it you realize it's plenty for everyone. I buy it for my husband for Christmas every year and we share it as a family of 4. Each one has it's own unique and distinct flavor. And don't worry about it being mixed with pork, they have to make it that way or else it would be cost prohibitive and unsustainable.
