SmokingI like the variety of flavors to try.There is nothing bad I can say about this pack. I have been using a Bradley smoker for about 6 years now and pick up these Bisquettes regularly. The combination of flavors is perfect to always have on hand. I sometimes stick to a single flavor while cooking and sometimes I'll mix them.I do buy larger packs of certain flavors like apple that I use a ton of but most of the time this combo pack keeps me covered for all my smoking needs. Each flavor is individually packaged in plastic so you know exactly what is what.GoodAlthough the variety pack sounds good you really are better off buying a larger pack of single flavors unless your not doing a lot of meat, fish ect. Each Bisquette burns 20 minutes and I put them into the smoker to early and it did not seem to burn off each Bisquette completely before the auto changer pushed away old and started another one. Therefore I ran out of the flavor faster and was unable to finish my fish. I had to re-order and now have to many of the ones that really did not give the right taste with the smoke. My favorite was the AlderThis is a great variety pack but if you already know what flavors you like just gat the single flavorI got this for my buddy who is new to smoking and just got a bradley smoker. Its a great variety pack the only thing I would have liked to see in it was cherry but overall a great pack.We will definitely be buying more of this! We smoke all types of meat and this product gave us all the flavors we would need for fish, pork, beef and chicken. My husband loved this gift for his birthday, great Christmas gift idea too!I bought a Bradley 4 rack digital smoker and had my son pick it up as we live out of town. In exchange, he was allowed to test the smoker and the Bradley pucks. I have not seen it since, and now believe I never will see it; he likes it so much I can't get it back.So looking for another Bradley smoker, maybe the new Pro BS1019. I will pick it up this time.LOL, but true.Until recently, I've had electric smokers that used wood chips. When my smoker died, I finally started using the Bradley smoker that I bought from a friend a few years ago. The bisquettes provide great smoke flavour and I do not have to baby sit the smoker to feed more wood chips every hour or two. I can feed as many as I want, go play a round of golf and come back to a meal. I'm planning to do pull pork tomorrow and can hardly wait!I can’t really comment on the flavours as i have only used the Alder brisquettes for wings. They were delicious! Looking forward to trying the maple smoke for salmon and apple smoke for a pork roast. I couldn’t decide what flavour smoke to try so buying this variety pack means less trips to the store to stock up and more time smoking with my buddy Bradley!Hard to buy in stores so great to order exactly what we wanted. Quick delivery, price was great.These are the best briskets that I have so far used. I use one of each when smoking meat and it really gives nice meat flavour. I am buying this one again. Everyone has its own taste, but I would recommend this one to anyone.
