The classic chip is amazing I love them. They taste like corn chip. I order a few every month. I don't have any special diet restrictions or wants. so I buy them because I really love themI do not like the black bean chip though. Not the worst but I have no desire to order said flavor againWe have been doing keto for about 2 months now and these are definitely the best tasting chips we have found. Unfortunately, we ordered the variety pack (3 bags of black bean and 3 bags of white bean chips) but received only 6 bags of black bean chips.This was not the first time I have bought this product. I first ordered them about a year ago because I had started on a gluten-free diet and still wanted to enjoy chips. I was thrilled with the Black Bean Chipotle BBQ chips back then! They were spicy hot but not too hot...but the best thing about them was the texture of the chips. They were very crispy, so much so that when I first opened a bag, the majority of the chips were still WHOLE. In other words, the chips were quite firm, which made them very crunchy and kept them from crumbling.Well, evidently, the manufacturer has changed the recipe. These are not the same chips anymore. Now the texture is quite mealy and crumbly. This time when I opened the bag, I found less than a dozen whole chips. The rest of the bag was nothing but broken scraps of chips. And the taste? Not nearly as spicy, and some of the chips had no chipotle BBQ flavoring on them at all! And they have a cloying, mealy aftertaste. Why manufacturers change the recipe of a product that is already superior I'll never understand. I will never buy Beanitos again.I ordered even after reading the review about the broken chips. I'm happy to say, my bags came with many whole pieces, so very happy with that. The fiber and protein sold me on this chip. What a hearty yet light chip. I haven't tried any other flavor besides the Chipotle BBQ. I'm so pleased with the smoky, spiced flavor. A crunch chip, between a corn chip and potato chip. It's hard to stop once you start. I figured I'd get bored after a bulk shipment of 6 bags...but this satisfies my salty cravings and I haven't gotten sick of them yet! Yummy, definitely a 5 star!Didn’t care for flavor to much!It's good if you keep your expectations low - don't expect it to replace potato. But for being "healthier" it's pretty good. And they took the effort to add some rice to make the bean a complete protein - a plus in my book and a testament to their knowledge of their product.These changed again, becoming White Bean. Most of the reviews on here are for the older Black Bean recipes. They were both better. Each change has made it worse. I don't like this flavor with White Beans. So sad. Also very misleading to use the same SKU from the factory for a completely different chip.A potato chip converter! I purchased these not having tried them because of the great price and for them being so cheap, why not? When I received them I gave them to my sons of course with not telling them they were made of beans, and they LOVED them! They could not tell the difference and loved the honey chipotle BBQ flavor. Take a chance and buy these and you will be a potato chip converter as well!
