I’ve had both pods before but it’s almost like everytime I try them they taste more and more bitter or tart.. not as expected.. I wish I could return them but I already used some.Nespresso has a full, ever-growing range of flavors. With the Vertuo, they have another way to make essentially the same thing. With the Vertuo, you can make larger cups of frothy coffee. You can, as with the regular Nespresso pods, make espresso.Flavors. Sizes. That's why you are here.Basically, if you already like Nespresso flavors, you'll enjoy this. If new to Nespresso, stick with the straight coffee pods and add flavors separately. Morin and Torani are both common brands. You'll save money and enjoy better quality flavors.--BrockeimWe have the original line nespresso machine and the vertuo but have transitioned over to mostly using the Vertuo. I wanted to get a variety pack so we could try out different flavors in the new machine so when I saw this it was perfect.You get 5 different flavors; 2 are for iced coffee and 3 are specialty flavors. One of the iced coffee is an espresso and the other is a bold roast. I really liked the espresso one but forte was too strong for my personal taste unless I added in a bunch of extra cream and sugar after.The specialty flavors are amazing. I would literally die to be able to drink the Carmel cookie flavor one in heaven every day. It mixed my two favorite things: Carmel and cookies into one drink. The specialty flavors are medium roast which I really appreciate and then all I do is add a little cream or milk. The custard pie flavor is just as good and while the hazelino muffin is my least favorite of the 3 it’s still a really good coffee.The nespresso makes brewing these insanely simple since all you do is put them in the machine and the machine can scan the barcode and do the rest by itself. Technology is awesome!Overall I really enjoyed this variety pack since there wasn’t a single flavor I hatedThese Nespresso pods are great for coffee lovers! I love they they have many different flavor to chose from. My favorite flavor is the hazelnut muffin. The hazelnut note is subtle and enhances the medium roast notes of coffee. I also really like the ice coffee pods (the ice forte), they are very nice to have over ice and doesn’t taste diluted. Overall, a great set of nespresso!
