I live in a very hot and dry climate and sweat A LOT. I take at least 1 electrolyte drink every day, just to replenish from the heat and exercising. These are the most affordable I've been able to find on the market. I'm pretty sure it's all chemicals and artificial, but they don't use coloring and the flavors are mostly good. I get these for on the go, because most electrolytes are expensive! These are certainly not the most effective but they work as my daily backupWe drink Propel water often when we're looking for something that isn't diet soda to grab at a convenience store when out and about. It's Texas, summer lasts as long as the last day of school when you're 10 years old and it's roughly as hot as Satan's armpit most of the time. Dehydration is not a joke. Having these in a pocket or purse, plus your water bottle, means getting the same great Propel flavor without the snack food aisles stumbling blocks of the convenience store.PS A nice plus with Propel over other drink mix sticks is the lack of colorants added. WHO LIKES EXTRA LAUNDRY STAINS?There are 2 boxes of Grape, and 1 of every other flavor. Grape is obviously by far the most bland and generic flavor. It's a chore to get through. I swear multi-flavor packs of any product like this seem to have more of the flavor you *don't* want. I'm sure this perception mostly stems from my imagination, but in this case, it's an undeniable fact that you have 100% more of the worst flavor. Such a shame. Sometimes the powder is clumped together and you have to break it up. Otherwise yummy and reliable. Berry flavor (the Purple one) is by far the best--I might have to see if I can buy that flavor by itself.I hate drinking water but i work out side. These make water so much better. I have these set on auto ship so dont have to worry about ordering more they just come once a month.I will say that the pink box, the packets must have been sealed wrong or stored wrong because all of the packets in that box were clumped. I guess idk how to describe it, the powder wasnt loose in the packet like it should be it was one hard piece you could break up in your hand. They aren't supposed to be like that though so it leads me to think they weren't fully sealed or were stored improperly before I got them. Or could be old. I was in a pinch though and didn't have time to go to the store before a trip and lately I cant stand the taste of plain water.The value was really good for the price. Also, I used locker pick-up and it worked really well for me. However, I did have to throw out some of the packets due to the powder being really, really hard.I use this to stay hydrated while golfing. It is very tasty with no calories and the price is reasonable.It's the same taste of Propel but costs less and a lot easier to deal with than cases of water. I can't drink water without it.
